Topiramate anticonvulsant medicines is prescribed to control certain types of seizures in the treatment of epilepsy. It doesn't cure epilepsy but will only work to help control seizures for as long as you continue to take it. Topiramate is also prescribed to prevent migraine headaches in adults.
Side Effects: In addition to it's required effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Some possible side effects could be: Any vision problems, burning, prickling, or tingling sensations; clumsiness or unsteadiness ; confusion; continuous, uncontrolled back-and-forth or rolling eye movements; dizziness; drowsiness; eye redness; generalized slowing of mental and physical activity; increased eye pressure; memory problems; menstrual changes & pain; nervousness; speech or language problems; trouble in concentrating or paying attention; unusual tiredness or weakness.
Precautions Follow the following precautions while taking or before being prescribed thius medicine:
Inform your doctor if you are allergic to cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or any other medications.
Also, discuss all prescription and nonprescription medications that you are taking.
Inform, if you have any other ailments, if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant & if you are breastfeeding.

OverDose In case of overdose & un-comfort immediately contact your doctor.
Missed Dose If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. If it's time for the next dose, do not over doze.
Storage To store this medicine keep it out of the reach of children in clean & dry place. Heat or moisture may cause the medicine to break down. Keep the medicine from freezing & do not keep outdated medicine or medicine no longer needed. Be sure that any discarded medicine is out of the reach of children.
